Updates on Squad sessions and who is in the
squads to attend are now available on our dedicated squad page. Squad training
will be on average once a month or so and the next dates can be
found on the squad page also, but that may increase for any child
entered in a tournament in the run up to the event, but details
will be passed to you nearer the time. In the meantime, if you
and your child wish to attend any of the tournaments as
spectators [and indeed as supporters for our competitors] to see
what happens at these events, please let us know. A downloadable
list of all the years tournaments can be found on the events
page and we can let you know before hand which ones Ashin-do Kai
are entered in.

Photographs of Grading awards are now
available to buy through the website.
6" x 8" Glossy Prints of your belt
presentation with Sensei Ricky. Please use the shopping cart
under each picture to order any you require. Once printed they
will be available for collection from the club the following
week.
Videos Added!
Kyoshi Ricky visited Japan last year, and we now
have videos of him demonstrating Kata at a Japanese Temple.

Well done to all our students that graded in
December 2007. As always we had a high success rate, once again
demonstrating the commitment our kids and adults show.

Last term’s events showed further Ashin-do Kai success as Hunisha Patel taking Gold in Kata at the Internationals in Nottingham in February and our other competitors emerged with either Silver and Bronze trophies and medals in major events in Nottingham, Reading
and Bradford. Congratulations to Hunisha Patel, Navin Patel, Nuri Sheikh, Kieran Nunkoo, Annie Flannigan, Brian Kong, Stefania Alvarez and Bethany Ackerley
Well done to you all.
We are all extremely proud of you. Thank you for your commitment and willpower. This just goes to show when you focus and train such tremendous results are possible. May you all keep up the good work.
