Welcome back to a new term at Ashin-do Kai. This year has started with a massive hunger for success within the ranks, as was shown at our first squad session on 20^th Jan, followed by the second session on 26^th Jan involving the up and coming athletes. We had a brilliant turn out with over 30 participants and from those 2 training sessions, the A, B and C squads have now been chosen. The A team will be our normal competitors, automatically entered to tournaments. B and C squads will be trained and coached to national and international level, to represent Ashin-do Kai at future events. Students who show commitment and progress will automatically go into the A squad and train with our gold medallists.

The next squad session for both groups will be on 17^th Feb, with an A squad session on 10th Feb – all squad members but arrive at least 15 mins before the session starts, so arrive at 1.45 for a 2pm start. Any member missing the session will automatically be dropped. Squad fees are £7 payable before the session.
